The transfer list of IAS officers was released late at night on September 5. Neeraj K Pawan was promoted from Banswara Divisional Commissioner to Administrative Secretary, Youth Affairs and Sports Department, Jaipur.

Following the transfer, he attended some social and civic felicitation celebrations before being relieved in Banswara and returning to Jaipur. Throughout this, he also delivered speeches. The video of the speech made at a gathering has become popular on social media. He is emphasizing that the people of Banswara are in his heart. If you bring me any form of job, crooked or otherwise, I can do it.
