How and when did Neeraj's Pawan serve the public after the ACB raid Case?
How and when did Neeraj's Pawan serve the public after the ACB raid Case?
You know
that the ACB raid case against IAS
Neeraj K Pawan was in the news but you don't know that the High Court
acquitted him with honor. People also said that he was framed under some
conspiracy. But let us tell you that Neeraj is a social worker and has done
much good work till now. He has done the work a politician should do by coming forward without greed.
On October 2, 2015, the Rajasthan newspapers reported that IAS Neeraj had saved the lives of two injured individuals. The situation was that two siblings were riding on a scooty. They lost their footing as a vehicle approached from the front. Both collapsed on the road and were hurt.
Neeraj K
Pawan was passing by in his car when he saw a crowd gathering. Seeing the
crowd, Neeraj got down from his car and went towards the crowd. He saw both the
injured and immediately picked them up with his companions, put them in his car
took them to the hospital, and got them admitted. Because of Bhagwan and
Neeraj, both of their lives were saved.
The most
important thing came to light when he revealed his identity as an ordinary guy
and had both of the injured admitted to the hospital. So he might comprehend
the system's weaknesses. However, the folks present in the hospital recognized
him. This IAS was Neeraj Kumar Pawan, the Deputy Director of the National Rural
Health Mission (NRHM) in Rajasthan.
The accident
happened in Rajasthan's Bharatpur district. Neeraj was leaving Bharatpur for Jaipur after attending an NRHM meeting that day. But how did the ordinary people at
the hospital recognize him so easily? The reason was because Neeraj was
Bharatpur's collector till 2 years ago. He is a Rajasthan cadre IAS from the
2003 batch, originally from Jhalawar.
An interesting incident sheds light on Neeraj's working style!
“Ram Swaroop”
was a farmer from Desuri tehsil of Pali district. This was in 2011. Ram
Swaroop's wife Pushpa was ill for many days. His wife had been suffering from fever
for a long time. He stayed in his village for many days and got his wife
treated with normal medicines but later “Pushpa Devi”'s illness did not get
cured and Ram Swaroop took his wife to a big hospital in Pali, then he came to
know that Pushpa Devi's malaria had worsened.
Seeing her
in such a state of confusion, he did not know what to do. Someone told him that
the collector has opened new medical stores where medicines are available for
free. After he went there, he got the medicines from the medical store, and his
wife's life was saved. He thanked the collector Neeraj K Pawan because Neeraj has opened many free medical stores
in Pali district.
Neeraj K Pawan's Support in the Fierce Movement:
Neeraj was a
troubleshooting bureaucrat in Rajasthan. In 2015, the Gujjars launched another
furious protest, this time demanding reservations for the special category.
Vasundhara, who was in power in the state, had not forgotten that she had to
stand down in 2008 owing to the protest. Vasundhara offered conversations as
soon as the movement began, similar to the cautionary principle of sipping
buttermilk. Seven days after the movement started, Gujjar leader Kirori Lal
Bainsala was sitting at a table having tea with Vasundhara Raje. Neeraj K.
Pawan played a key role in getting Bainsala to the bargaining table.
IAS Neeraj K Pawan is such a real-life hero & Humble Man
Neeraj
worked in such a way that he remained a popular hero. While working as a
collector in Karauli, he showed up at a small school in ordinary clothes for a
surprise inspection. That was also like a local peasant. He continued to look
over the school's arrangements. After some time, a coworker recognized him. But
by then, Neeraj had taken stock of the entire educational system. And proceeded
with the appropriate action.
Neeraj K
Pawan is such a person that he used to go to the villages at night and hold
night meetings and listen to the problems of the people and solve them there.
Be it a pension problem or any other big government work.
Neeraj was
the Mission Director of the Health and Family Welfare Department. He has
inspected hospitals many times without revealing his identity. He would go to
the hospitals and meet the admitted patients take information about the
problems faced by the patients during treatment and solve them immediately.
In 2009,
Neeraj also received an award from the Prime Minister for "the best implementation of MNREGA".
Not only this but in 2010 and 2011, he received an award from the Chief Minister
for "the best implementation of family
planning".
Aside from that, he has been recognized by the national and state governments several times for his efforts to promote e-governance. Neeraj, as Agriculture Commissioner, developed a special Cobra squad to combat bogus fertilizers and seeds. The state's farmers were pleased with this team's activities.
